License Grant:
Auto Cursor, including any accompanying documentation and fonts, is licensed, not sold, to you by Auto Cursor for use only under the terms of this EULA. Auto Cursor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you herein. The license granted is limited to Auto Cursor' intellectual property rights in the software and does not include any other patents or intellectual property rights. You own the media on which Auto Cursor is recorded, but Auto Cursor and/or its licensors retain title to the software. The content displayed by or accessed through Auto Cursor belongs to the respective content owner and is subject to copyright or other intellectual property laws.
This license allows you to access Auto Cursor on a single computer at a time. Auto Cursor may be used to reproduce materials only if such use is limited to non-copyrighted materials, materials in which you own the copyright, or materials you are authorized or legally permitted to reproduce. You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works based on Auto Cursor. Furthermore, you are prohibited from using the software to create unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic content.
Auto Cursor warrants the media on which Auto Cursor is recorded to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period. Your exclusive remedy under this warranty shall be a refund of the purchase price or replacement of the software, at Auto Cursor' option. This limited warranty is subject to certain conditions and exclusions as outlined in the EULA.

You acknowledge and agree that the use of Auto Cursor is at your sole risk. The software is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind. Auto Cursor expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Auto Cursor does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or operate uninterrupted and error-free.
Auto Cursor shall not be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this EULA or the use of Auto Cursor, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Auto Cursor' total liability exceed a specified amount.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Auto Cursor software and destroy all copies.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of Auto Cursor and supersedes all prior understandings. The parties agree that this agreement and all related documents shall be drafted in English.
