Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
The customer experiences technical issues with Auto Cursor Software that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
The customer is dissatisfied with the performance of Auto Cursor Software and can provide valid reasons for their dissatisfaction.
The customer mistakenly made a duplicate purchase of Auto Cursor Software.
To initiate a refund request, customers must contact Auto Cursor support team at contact@autocursor.com within thirty (7) days of the original purchase date.
The refund request should include the customer's name, email address, order number, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Auto Cursor support team will assess the refund request and may request additional information or documentation if necessary.
Refund requests will be processed within seven (7) business days of receipt of the complete refund request.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. It may take up to 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the processing time of their bank or payment provider.
Customers will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
Customized or personalized services provided by Auto Cursor are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers. Customers must contact the respective platform or reseller for refund inquiries.
Auto Cursor reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Auto Cursor website.
